Shipping is free on all orders over £22.

A charge of £4 for shipping will be charged for orders less than £22.

Orders are sent from our distribution partner via Royal Mail or DPD with a tracked 2-4 day delivery timeframe.

You'll receive an email notification as soon as your order has been dispatched from the warehouse.  

International delivery

We deliver to Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand.  We are hoping to add other countries to our delivery zones shortly.

Delivery to Europe = £10 (delivery within 3 business days)

Delivery to North America = £15 (delivery within 11 business days)

Delivery to Australia and NZ = £15 (delivery within 11 business days)

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@zippysuits.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
